What is an NFC business card?
An NFC business card contains a chip that transmits your digital profile to any nearby smartphone when tapped. The recipient does not need to download any app.
Do recipients need to download an app?
No. Anyone can receive your profile by tapping their phone to your BigTapFlex card. iPhones from iPhone 6 onwards and nearly all Android phones support NFC natively.
Which phones support NFC?
All iPhones from iPhone 6 onwards and nearly all Android phones from 2015 onwards support NFC. Over 90 percent of smartphones in use today are NFC-compatible.
How do I set up my BigTapFlex profile?
Sign up at bigtapflex.com, complete your profile with your name and contact details, then tap your NFC card to link it to your profile. Done in under 5 minutes.
Can I update my profile after setting it up?
Yes. Update your BigTapFlex profile at any time from your account. Your NFC card automatically points to the latest version and no reprinting is needed.
What is the difference between NFC and a QR code?
NFC requires only a tap with no camera needed. BigTapFlex supports both NFC tap and QR code scanning so your profile is always shareable.
What if someone's phone does not have NFC?
Every BigTapFlex profile also has a QR code and a direct link. Your profile can be shared via NFC tap, QR scan, or direct URL.
Is my data secure?
Yes. You control exactly what is visible publicly. Set your profile to private and only your name is visible to visitors.
Which countries does BigTapFlex ship to?
BigTapFlex ships to the United States, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, India, and Canada.
